Excel LogisticX is a licensed auto transport broker. We do not own or operate trucks. We arrange the transport of your vehicle with independent motor carriers that hold active FMCSA operating authority, and we coordinate the shipment on your behalf from booking to delivery.
Quotes are based on the route, vehicle, transport type, vehicle condition, and timing you give us. A quote becomes a confirmed price only after we confirm it with you in writing. If the details change (for example, the vehicle doesn’t run, is modified, or the pickup location changes), the price may change.
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates. Carriers work within pickup and delivery windows that can shift because of weather, traffic, road conditions, mechanical issues, or other events outside our control. We will keep you updated on any changes.
Each carrier we assign must carry active cargo insurance. The carrier is responsible for the vehicle while it is in their care. Inspect your vehicle at delivery and write any damage on the Bill of Lading before signing; claims not noted at delivery may be denied by the carrier’s insurer. We will help you file and follow up on any claim with the carrier.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellation fees may apply once a carrier has been dispatched to your pickup.
We arrange door-to-door transport across the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require ocean freight and are quoted separately.
