When you create a shipper account or submit a shipment request, we collect your name, email, phone number, company (if provided), and the shipment details you enter (vehicle/load type, route, pickup date, notes, and an optional photo).
We use this information to provide your quote, coordinate your shipment with a carrier, send status updates, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Your account and shipment data is stored securely in our database. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they're hashed using industry-standard methods.
